Most VIP Days are hosted in Charlotte and include meals and refreshments. If you’d prefer to bring us to your location, we’re happy to travel, just note that travel and lodging are your responsibility. You can also choose to do your VIP Day virtually if that’s more convenient for your schedule.

We now offer International VIP Days—a 3-day experience hosted in a private villa abroad. You’ll get the same deep strategy support, but with space to rest, reset, and focus. It includes luxury accommodations, a private chef, curated experiences, and all the perks of the CEO Freedom Retreat, customized just for you.
Travel is your responsibility; everything else is covered.

Every VIP Day includes a Discovery Session with all decision-makers. This isn’t a therapy session (unless it needs to be). It’s strategy. Clear goals and honest conversations up front make the day powerful and productive.

Post Payment Process
After payment has been completed, please click the link below to schedule your VIP Day.
Scheduling Process:
A team member will contact the Client through phone, text, in person, email, and/or direct messaging to coordinate scheduling.
All communication will occur through these channels until the Discovery Session is formally booked. Once booked, all future correspondence will be managed via email with the Client’s assigned project manager.
We understands that its clientele are busy professionals and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate their schedules and preferences for communication.
Responsibility for Scheduling:
While the Consultant will make every effort to contact and remind the Client of deadlines, it is the Client’s ultimate responsibility to schedule within the required timeframes.
Scheduling Policy: Deadlines for Scheduling:
Clients must schedule their Discovery Session within 5 calendar days of payment.
Clients must schedule and conduct their VIP Day within 10 calendar days of payment.
90-Day Forfeiture Clause:
If a Client does not schedule their Discovery Session within 90 calendar days of payment, the Client forfeits all payments, and their reserved spot will be released.
